    Product Introduction

    HY-XR5010A  (2D) Series Semi-Automatic X-Ray Inspection System is a professional radiographic non-destructive testing device developed for hidden internal defect inspection. Equipped with a 7μm ultra-fine focal spot X-ray source and high-resolution flat-panel detector, it combines manual sample loading, automatic navigation movement and artificial visual judgment to complete stable, precise quality testing for new energy batteries, semiconductors, PCBs, aluminum die castings, injection molded parts and power supplies.

    All core components feature long service life, the whole machine meets strict low radiation safety standards, and supports customized fixtures to match diverse test samples, becoming a cost-effective inspection solution for manufacturing factories.

    Product Application

    The equipment is mainly used for the detection of internal defects in products in industries such as new energy batteries, semiconductors, electronics, PCBs, aluminum die-castings, injection molding, and power supplies.

    Product Functions & Working Principles

    This equipment emits X-rays through an X-ray source, which penetrate the interior of the tested object. The receiver receives the X-rays and forms images, based on which personnel manually determine the internal defects of the tested object.

    1. CNC Programmable Motion

    Pre-set motion paths support automatic multi-point inspection. It is mainly used for quality judgment of small-batch products and greatly improves inspection efficiency.

    2. Automatic Bubble Measurement

    One-click automatic measurement to calculate the area ratio of bubbles and voids inside products.

    3. High-Definition Imaging

    The original images are processed by algorithms for higher clarity, making product defects easier to identify.

    4. Multi-Layer Safety Protection

    The whole machine is enclosed by a lead cabin, with radiation leakage below the national standard of 1μSv/h. Interlock switches are installed on lead doors to automatically cut off X-ray emission once the door is opened. The equipment has passed radiation safety certification and obtained exemption certificates.
