HY-XRB8101 Fast 3D CT X-Ray Inspection Equipment is a dedicated non-destructive testing device customized for new energy manufacturers. Targeting laminated power cell production lines, this 3D CT X-Ray machine focuses on Open Hole (OH) defect inspection at cell corners to realize full-process online quality supervision. The system relies on X-ray penetration imaging: it irradiates cell corners from multiple perspectives, and a flat-panel detector captures continuous 2D projection images. Professional 3D reconstruction algorithms convert these images into high-resolution 3D models, supporting free virtual cross-section observation of internal cell structures.

Equipped with intelligent AI visual algorithms, the equipment can automatically identify and classify Open Hole defects. It delivers consistent high-precision inline inspection, effectively boosting finished cell yield and cutting manual testing costs for large-scale laminated cell factories.
