    Product Introduction

    HY-TF210 Semiconductor Lead Forming Equipment employs a two-mold configuration: Mold 1 performs degate, trim 1, and trim 2 with CCD inspection; Mold 2 performs cut-off, form 1, form 2, and separation. Each stroke processes 24 positions (192 pieces per leadframe), achieving punching burr of ≤0.08mm, punching deviation of center ≤0.03mm, lead coplanarity of ≤±0.15mm, and "S" shaped lead control of ≤±0.15mm, with no lead crush, molded body damage, or direct impact on molded body allowed. The system features dual magazine loading with no stop for magazine change, servo-driven feeding with torque-controlled anti-jamming, servo-driven pick-up with presence and drop detection, and servo-powered punching via crankshaft connecting rod mechanism with stepless digital speed adjustment and overload protection. Key specifications include tungsten steel/high-speed steel for punching tools and ASP23 for forming tools, tool regrinding up to 2 times with shim replacement, three-plate structure with ball bearing cage guides, and comprehensive mistake-proofing including mechanical anti-reverse and tool poka-yoke. The system operates on 3-phase 5-wire 380V with rated power of 8.5kW, requires compressed air of 0.4–0.7MPa at 12 L/min, and measures 2600 × 1100 × 1800 mm with a weight of 1250kg. It is controlled by PLC with a 10.4" touch screen HMI, offering simplified Chinese interface, automatic/manual modes, and three-tier user permissions (Operator/Technician/Administrator), with parameter initialization, tool life reminder, and complete documentation including electrical schematics, user/maintenance manuals, and spare parts drawings.
