Throughput scales to package type: 90,000 units per hour for SMA and 45,000 for SMB, with servo‑driven pick‑up, transfer, and punching modules synchronizing motion with micron‑level fidelity. Burr is limited to 0.05 mm and lead warpage to ±0.15 mm, ensuring coplanarity and solderability for downstream surface‑mount processes. Torque‑controlled anti‑jamming and overload protection safeguard both tooling and product, while the ball‑bearing guide structure and ASP23 forming tools deliver extended service life with two regrind cycles. The 10.4‑inch touchscreen centralizes control with tiered user permissions, parametric position setting, and predictive reminders for maintenance and scrap disposal.
