High-Performance Series Test & Taping Integrated Handler

HY-TT2401 Chip Sorting Machine delivers a maximum throughput of 45,000 UPH with a positioning accuracy of ±5 µm and directional accuracy of ±0.1°, ensuring precision and efficiency across a wide range of package types including SOT, SOD, SC, SON, SOP, BGA, QFN, DFN, TSSOP, MSOP, WLCSP, as well as magnetic, optical, and proximity sensors. The system features a 480×640 pixel image recognition system with 256-level grayscale and recognition accuracy of RA 0.02–0.03, supports 2 to 8 test stations, and includes integrated optical inspection and laser marking functions. Operating on 220V AC ±5% / 50 Hz with a power range of 800–1500 W, it requires a minimum pressurized air supply of 0.5 MPa and consumes 50 L/min.
