Equipment Structure
The atmospheric direct-spray plasma surface treatment system mainly consists of a power generator, plasma generating spray gun and control system.
1. Power Generator
It supports automatic power matching to deliver stable, high-precision power output. The output power remains unaffected by air pressure fluctuations. Parameters can be adjusted according to actual workpiece conditions to achieve optimal treatment results.
2. Rotary Plasma Gun
It is mainly used for processing large-area and complex-shaped workpieces with an effective treatment width ranging from 20mm to 80mm. Compatible with existing production assembly lines, it enables fully automatic inline manufacturing and reduces labor costs effectively.
3. Control System
The control system is integrated inside the main unit of the power generator. It governs the operation of the atmospheric plasma cleaner and provides overall system protection.
