Equipment Structure
The atmospheric direct plasma surface treatment system consists of three core parts: power generator, direct plasma spray gun and control system.
1. Power Generator
It realizes automatic power matching to deliver stable and high-precision power output, free from air pressure fluctuation. Parameters can be adjusted according to actual workpieces for optimal treatment results.
2. Direct Plasma Spray Gun
Designed for small-sized and irregular materials with an effective treatment width of 20mm-80mm. It can be integrated into existing production lines for fully automatic inline processing and labor cost reduction.
3. Control System
Built inside the power generator main unit, it manages machine operation and provides full-system protection.
