Product Overview
HY-TP3030 is an Automatic Glue Potting Machine integrating precision metering, automatic mixing, quantitative dispensing and three-axis motion control.
A dedicated motion controller with advanced algorithms works together with a high-precision three-axis robotic system to perform fast, stable and accurate three-dimensional dispensing along programmed paths.
The machine supports vacuum material feeding and vacuum degassing. Optional heating, stirring, automatic cleaning and pressure monitoring functions are available for different adhesive properties and production requirements. It is suitable for potting, sealing, insulation and protection of circuit boards, electronic components, lighting products, small appliances, automotive electronics and filters.
