Product Overview
HY-PM400 is a Fully Automatic Vacuum Potting Machine integrating vacuum processing, precision two-component metering, dynamic mixing, three-axis dispensing, automatic fixture transfer and automatic cleaning.
Potting is performed inside an adjustable vacuum chamber to reduce trapped air, bubbles and voids in the adhesive and product cavities. It is designed for products requiring high potting quality, electrical insulation and long-term sealing reliability.
The potting machine is controlled by an industrial computer, display and motion control card. A high-precision three-axis robotic system performs stable and accurate dispensing along programmed three-dimensional paths. Components A and B are stored in separate 30 L tanks with automatic vacuum loading, degassing and stirring functions. A two-stage material feeding and metering system ensures accurate mixing ratios, uniform mixing and controlled dispensing.
