HY-TP700 Precision AB Glue Dispenser is designed for precise metering, mixing and quantitative dispensing of various A/B adhesives. It is widely used in PCB manufacturing, electronic components, automotive accessories, small home appliances, lighting products, filters and other industries.

The machine adopts an industrial PC, advanced motion control system and high-precision three-axis robotic arm to achieve fast and accurate dispensing paths. It supports automatic proportioning, mixing and dispensing, with vacuum material loading and vacuum degassing functions. Optional heating, stirring, automatic cleaning and pressure monitoring can also be configured to meet different adhesive process requirements.

Working Process

1	Two-component A and B adhesives have independent storage tanks. The storage tanks can be loaded manually or via vacuum, enabling functions such as stirring, heating, and degassing of the adhesives.
2	The processed single-component adhesives flow through separate delivery pipes into the A and B metering pumps. Under software control, the adhesives are delivered at a set ratio and flow rate through the dispensing pipelines to the outlet of the mixing valve.
3	The dynamic mixing valve thoroughly mixes the A and B adhesive components into a uniform blended adhesive to achieve proper curing. The dispensing time is set according to program parameters, making the operation simple and convenient.
4	Since the A and B adhesives are mixed only inside the mixing tube, the automatic cleaning device only needs to clean the valve and the mixing tube section.
