Product Introduction

HY-BW830 Heavy Wire Bonder features an automatic feeding and transfer mechanism that moves modules to the welding area, where the bonding head performs ultrasonic welding according to set parameters and positions. It offers a welding area of 400 mm (X) × 800 mm (Y) effective stroke, Z-axis travel of 60 mm with 1.25 μm resolution, and rotary axis of ±220° with 0.08° resolution. The thick wire welding head is rotatable with a standard front cutter, utilizing a 60 kHz transducer (other frequencies available upon request) and providing welding pressure of 50–1500 g. The wire feeding system is motor-controlled with optical encoder, supporting maximum arc height of 40 mm, minimum wire length detection of 2 mm, and spool sizes of 50–120 mm outer diameter, 22–45 mm width, and 10–11 mm inner diameter. Equipped with an XK image recognition system and a 17-inch color flat display, the machine operates on 220V AC, 50/60 Hz with power consumption of 3000 W, requires compressed air of 0.5 MPa, and measures 1300 × 1300 × 1650 mm with a net weight of 500 kg.
