Product Introduction
HY-TH860 Turret Sorter delivers a throughput of 12,000 to 25,000 UPH with high precision, high efficiency, and high stability, significantly increasing production capacity while enabling precise quality control. The system features a tube feeder feeding method, 4 test stations with TTL interface, and supports 24 or 36 nozzles with a main turret driven by a high-speed linear motor. It achieves MTBA of ≥60 minutes and MTBF of ≥168 hours, ensuring reliable long-term operation. The system integrates multiple modules including tube loading, testing (4–8 stations with Kelvin contact method), 20W fiber laser marking with 2D mark inspection, 3D five-sided (3D5S) inspection for lead/pin defects and surface flaws, 10 reject sorting tubes, and 1–4 automatic tube output lanes with up to 25 empty tube capacity. The HY-TH860 measures 1000 × 1100 × 1600 mm and weighs 900 kg, operating on either 3-phase 380V or single-phase 220V with power consumption of 3000 W and requiring compressed air of 5 kgf/cm². It is widely applied in IC packaging and testing, discrete device manufacturing, and related fields.
