HY-TS936P Turret Test Handler is designed for multi-functional testing and sorting applications. It supports a wider selection of test stations and flexible combinations of feeding methods, as well as multiple unloading configurations to meet diverse binning and capacity requirements. The system also accommodates larger package sizes, including TO220/263/247, TO251, TOLL6R, LFPAK, PPAK 8×8, XJ836, and other straight-lead clamp-type packages.
