Product Overview
HY-TS936H Turret Test Handler is designed for discrete devices and ICs requiring high-temperature testing. Based on the original room-temperature testing capability, high-temperature test functionality is added to ensure stable performance. It is suitable for both room-temperature and high-temperature testing and sorting of packages including PDFN / DFN / MSOP / SOT / SOP / SOD / TO / SMA /SMB / SMC, etc.
